    Bioitalia parboiled rice has medium to long grains, which undergoes a process called parboiling. Raw rice is put into how water, steamed and quickly dried. Parboiling process gives to the Bioitalia rice an amber color, a better cooking resistance and a higher nutritional value: vitamins, dietary minerals and fibers are literally entrapped in the grains. Bioitalia parboiled rice is easy to be prepared, because it hardly overcooks. Bioitalia parboiled rice is suitable for salads and risottos.
