Green pea fusilli with robiola cheese, prosciutto and lemon

Preparation

 Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Then, drain it and add it to the pan along with a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water, the robiola cheese,  and the fresh spinach. Mix and serve with some lemon zests.

Ingredients

  • Green pea fusilli 250 gr (1 box)
  • Robiola cheese 100 gr (1/2 cup)
  • A few leaves of spinach
  • Limonolio 20 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon)
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon zest
