Red snapper

  • 150 ml of tomato juice
  • 50 ml of Prosecco
  • 25 ml of lemon juice
  • 3-4 drops of Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 drops of Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ice cubes

Fill the glass to the brim with the ice, pour all the ingredients in and mix with a long bar spoon.
