Preparation

Peel and seed the avocado, and cut it roughly. Blend it with the other ingredients (the lemon juice, the lemon zest, the Tabasco sauce, and the feta cheese) until the mix gets a smooth and rich consistency.

Then, chop the tomato and season with BasilicOlio, salt, and basil leaves. 

Cook the fusilli "al dente" and pour on the avocado sauce, the tomato mix, and the crumbled feta cheese.

  • Vegetable fusilli 350 gr (1.85 cups) 
  • Ripe avocado 1
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp 
  • The zest of 1/2 lemon
  • Tabasco sauce a few drops
  • Fresh basil 2 leaves
  • Feta cheese 160 gr (0.7 cups) 
  • Red tomato 1
  • BasilicOlio 2 tbsp 
  • Salt to taste
