Preparation

Prepare the vinaigrette. Cut the cabbage in thin slices, wash, dry and place it in a bowl. Slice the apple thinly and season with the lemon juice. Add the pomegranate seeds and the grounded walnuts to the cabbage. Mix them and season with the vinaigrette. 

Ingredients

Salad:
  • Red cabbage 1/2 
  • Apple 1/2
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Pomegranate 1
  • Grounded walnuts 2 handful

Porto vinaigrette ingredients: 

  • Extra virgin olive oil 5 tablespoons
  • Pomegranate juice 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and thyme  to taste
