Bioitalia extra jams are unique because they are simply made of just two ingredients: fruit (80%) and apple juice (20%), instead of sugar. They do not need any frill: no preservatives, no colorings, no pectin. This last characteristic makes Bioitalia jams really spreadable and not jelly, so they are ideal for children.
