Infusions in extra virgin olive oil

Four specialties having an unmistakable Mediterranean taste, created with great care and mastery in order to satisfy even the most demanding palates. Basil, orange, lemon and chili pepper are infused in a tank containing extra virgin olive oil and their flavors are extracted through an innovative ultrasound technology developed jointly with the Agriculture Department of the University of Naples “Federico II”, which keeps them unchanged over time.
Best when used as they are, uncooked, for all dressing purposes.
