Ready to eat. Just open the jar and heat it in a microwave oven for 2 minutes or in a pan for 4 minutes. You can eat the soup right away. Ideal for an office lunch or when you want a healthy and balanced meal, but you haven't much time.
The soups are traditionally made: a light fried mixture of celery, carrot, onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Later, one adds cereals, pulses and a few tomatoes, and, eventually, one pours water until the preparation is finished.
Pulses and cereals together are an excellent meal, typical of Mediterranean diet. The soups are a valid alternative to meat, so they are highly suggested for vegans and vegetarians.
