Zuppa di legumi e cereali

  • Soup of pulses and cereals 420 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil 20 ml
  • Bread 80 g

 

Heat the soup up for 2 minutes in the microwave or for 4 minutes in a pot on a medium flame. Serve it hot.

Toasted bread/Croutons: dice the bread, then dampen the pieces into the extra virgin olive oil and put them on a baking tray first covered with parchment paper. Grill them at 200° for 5 min. in the oven.

Tip: if you prefer to have it more liquid, add half water glass.
