Our Friarielli Pesto is a culinary delight that captures the authentic taste of Southern Italy. This sauce has been prepared with care to offer a real explosion of taste and tradition in every spoonful.

Friarielli are the newly developed inflorescences of turnip tops. Typically part of Neapolitan cuisine, they are cultivated in the inland areas of the Campania region. The freshest ingredients are processed at the Bioitalia production site using the most advanced technologies to ensure the highest quality and product safety.
