Vegetable fusilli with avocado cream, tomatoes, basil and feta cheese
Preparation
Peel the avocado, take out the kernel and cut it roughly. Blend it with the other ingredients (the lemon juice, the lemon zest, the Tabasco sauce, and the Feta cheese) until the mix gets a smooth and rich consistency.
Then, chop the tomato and season with BasilicoIo, salt, and basil leaves.
Cook Fusilli "al dente" and pour on the avocado sauce, the tomato mix, and the crumbled Feta cheese.

Ripe avocado 1
Lemon juice 1-2 Tbsp
The zest of 1/2 lemon
Tabasco sauce a few drops
Fresh basil 2 leaves
Feta cheese 160g
Red tomato 1
Basilicolio 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
