Bioitalia becomes a Benefit Company

We have always had in our DNA the goal of bringing benefits to the environment, people, and the communities we work with. For this reason, we have decided to change our corporate name to "Benefit Company."

Our aim is to promote a responsible and sustainable economic growth—today and in the future—and this can only be achieved by ensuring the preservation of the environment and proper human well-being conditions.

For this reason, we have been committed to making our work transparent for several years now by obtaining voluntary international certifications such as the BRC and the Blockchain, and communicating to all involved parties our objectives, improvements and future commitments for the fulfillment of a positive social and environmental impact.

Therefore, we have decided to declare this commitment in our company bylaws, changing our corporate name to Bioitalia SRL Benefit Company.
