Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse the black beans.
  2. Place them in a blender with garlic oil, lemon juice, paprika, and fresh chili.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust the salt to taste and mix well.
  5. Serve the hummus topped with coriander, sesame, and cumin seeds as desired.

  • 240 g (1 cup) black beans (drained, canned)
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) garlic oil
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) lemon juice (half a lemon)
  • 5 g (1 tsp) paprika
  • A pinch of fresh chili
  • A pinch of salt
  • Coriander seeds, sesame seeds, and cumin seeds, to taste
