Preparation
- Drain and rinse the black beans.
- Place them in a blender with garlic oil, lemon juice, paprika, and fresh chili.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the salt to taste and mix well.
- Serve the hummus topped with coriander, sesame, and cumin seeds as desired.
