Salt-free Crackers: A Valid Alternative

Bioitalia crackers are made with few simple and natural ingredients. They contain no preservatives and have very little salt.

Organic wheat flour and organic extra virgin olive oil are the two basic ingredients, to which chives, garlic and chili or sesame, sesame and rosemary, or organic black olives are added.

They are not salted on the surface and are all made with sourdough.

They are perfect for a healthy snack for both adults and children. They can be paired with small amounts of oily nuts or fresh fruit. They represent a valid alternative to salty or overly caloric sweet snacks, rich in unhealthy fats and simple sugars.

They are completely vegan and therefore suitable for those following a diet free of animal-derived foods; useful as a digestible and energetic snack even before engaging in physical activity.

Given their good fiber content (3.4 g per 100 g of product), they are filling and not overly calorific; being prepared with extra virgin olive oil, they have few saturated fats.
