In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, roughly chopped mixed nuts, coconut flour, and cinnamon to taste.
Add the apple, banana, and strawberry smoothie along with the sunflower oil. Mix well with a spoon until you get a moist and well-blended mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated fan-assisted oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.
Once baked, let the granola cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container.
