Our commitment to workplace health and safety
At Bioitalia, we believe that the health and safety of our workers are essential values for sustainable and responsible business growth. Our commitment is deeply rooted in our company culture, as we know that a safe, healthy, and respectful workplace is the first ingredient of a high-quality product.
To make this commitment concrete, we have implemented a Health and Safety Management System in accordance with UNI ISO 45001:2018. This applies to all our activities related to the production and distribution of organic food.
A Shared Policy, a Common Goal
Our Health and Safety Policy defines clear roles, responsibilities, resources, and methods to prevent accidents, improve working conditions continuously, and encourage individual awareness and engagement.
Our objectives include:
- preventing health and safety risks through training, communication, and medical supervision;
- complying fully with current safety and environmental regulations;
- continuously improving processes and technologies with a focus on reliability and safety;
- engaging suppliers and external partners to uphold the same standards.
A Healthy, Safe, and Respectful Work Environment
Ensuring safety means more than preventing physical risks. It also includes:
- promoting overall well-being;
- safeguarding workers’ dignity;
- providing clean, organized, and properly equipped spaces;
- fostering a culture of shared responsibility.
Everyone at Bioitalia plays an active role in creating safer conditions, including through dialogue with safety representatives and internal communication tools.
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
The Management regularly reviews the effectiveness of our system and its objectives, ensuring progress through data monitoring and a shared commitment. In this way, we aim to grow as an organization that takes care of its people, at every step.
