Preparation

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, heat the rosé sauce in a pan; when it starts to bubble, reduce the heat and pour in the vodka, stirring for two minutes to let it evaporate. Cook the gluten-free penne in the boiling water and drain them when they are al dente. Dress the pasta with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

  • Gluten-free penne 320 gr (about 2 cups)
  • Vodka 80ml (1/3 cup)
  • Rosé sauce 1 jar
  • Chopped fresh parsley 1 handful
