Preparation
Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain them and cut them into small cubes.
Boil the green beans as well and drain them, cutting them in half or into 3 parts depending on their length.
Dice the Feta cheese and set it aside.
In a container, season the potatoes with Greek yogurt, lemon-infused olive oil, and mixed herbs.
Assemble the salad using two 500ml glass jars.
Add the seasoned potatoes, green beans, Feta cheese, boiled peas, and seal the jars, storing them in the refrigerator for the next day.

- Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
- Boiled peas half a can (approximately 200 gr)
- Boiled green beans 3 tablespoons (45 gr)
- Feta cheese 2 tablespoons (30 gr)
- LimonOlio 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
