Preparation
- Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Cut the seitan into chunks.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil with the garlic oil and chopped onion.
- Add the seitan and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.
- Add the drained peas, thyme, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

- 3 medium potatoes (or 4 small ones)
- 1 block of plain seitan (190 g)
- 1 jar of Bioitalia peas
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Bioitalia garlic oil
- Half an onion
- Thyme to taste
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
