INSTRUCTIONS:

Peel half of the orange, being careful to remove only the orange part.

In a saucepan, pour the apple juice, add 100g of water, the cinnamon stick, cloves, and the orange peel. Mix well.

Cook over moderate heat and let it simmer for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a while.

Strain the juice to remove the spice residue, pour it into glasses, and serve it piping hot.

2 Star anise
