So here we are, vacationers divided into two important categories: those who go on holiday to have fun and those who go on vacation to rest and inevitably eat! This is why we've talked about the importance of culinary traditions and how it's sometimes possible to tour Italy simply by sitting at the table. Ours is one of the richest countries in terms of gastronomy.

Italian cuisine, in fact, is a true art that includes important traditions deeply rooted in regional inland areas, which over time have toured the country and then became known worldwide. Italian typical dishes have not only toured the world but have been imitated and reproduced in many other cities. Indeed, what has gone down in history as the Mediterranean diet represents one of the jewels in our land's crown, synonymous with good and organic food, respectful of humans and nature, food made of completely natural seasonings and preserves born from tradition, organic pasta, and much more.

The same genuine tradition that over the years has been maintained by large companies that have then spread Italian taste worldwide.

Italian culinary traditions are numerous and deeply rooted in territories, beliefs, legends, and people, which is why we often hear about Neapolitan, Turin, Bari, and Roman culinary traditions. Culinary traditions around Italy are numerous, and Italians' passion for food is truly important.

Culinary Traditions: Northern Italy

There are very important cities in northern Italy known worldwide for fruit production. The fruit, which retains all the freshness of its land of origin, has toured the world. Fruit is a typical Italian delicacy that has undergone significant transformations over the years; this beverage tends to be declined in various ways, transforming into organic fruit juices, perfect for both adults and children's snacks, fruit smoothies ideal for everyone.

Therefore, today, preserves are widely spread, from tomato preserves to fruit preserves. Wine is also produced in southern Italy, and this represents an important tradition; not to mention oil, the flagship of southern Italy. Organic oil brings with it all the colors and flavors of the land bathed by the sun and the sea. And much, much more. Cuisine in Italy is a true art. A tradition that has toured the world in no time. So, if you stay in our Bel Paese this summer, don't give up any of these delicacies. Always remember that if you can't tour Italy physically, you can easily do it at the table!
