Preparation

Drain the beans and blend them in a blender. Then, pour them in a bowl, seasoning with salt, pepper, a spoonful of minced herbs and the lemon juice. Add some ground stale bread until you get te desired consistency.
Use the mix to prepare some balls, cover them with the breadcrumbs and let cool down in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 
Then brown them in a saupan on a low flame with a little extra virgin olive oil and the rosemary, cooking for about 15 minutes. 
Separately, heat the garlic sauce. Then serve the hot bean balls on a base of garlic sauce.

  • Navy beans 1 tin
  • Stale bread 150 gr
  • Extra virhin olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Minced herbs (parsley, sage, rosemary) 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic sauce 250 gr
