Preparation

Drain the cooked chickpeas in a container and then dry them with a cloth. Place them in a dry container and mix them with the spices, lemon oil, and cornstarch. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes. Let them cool and serve as an appetizer or as a topping for a vegetable soup.

  • 440 gr of cooked chickpeas, drained
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 handful of fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of Limonolio
