Preparation

Peel and thinly slice the onions.

Heat the olive oil in a wok and sauté the onions for 4 minutes until they become soft. Add the chili pepper and the peeled and crushed garlic clove, the lentils, and the coconut milk. Season with curry powder and turmeric. Cover and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the curry in individual bowls, piping hot, and drizzle with a bit of Agliolio.

  • cooked lentils 2 jars 
  • 1 red chili pepper or a pinch of chili powder (optional)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • coconut milk 1 jar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Mint leaves, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Agliolio
  • salt and pepper, to taste
