Preparation

Melt all the chocolate in a double boiler and when it is well melted, add 160 grams of melted chocolate into a bowl. Also, add the smoothie. Mix well to incorporate the two creams and place in the freezer for about 1 hour to firm up. Form balls when the mixture is solid and dip them in the remaining melted chocolate. Place the bonbons in the fridge to solidify well and enjoy them cold.
