Preparation

Blend the drained chickpeas with peanut butter, sugar, oats, and cocoa powder until smooth.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray.

Melt the dark chocolate with vegetable oil using a double boiler or microwave.

Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper.

Refrigerate until firm.

  • Cooked chickpeas, drained – 120 g (1/2 can)
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Rolled oats – 40 g (1/2 cup)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder – 25 g (1/4 cup)
  • Dark chocolate – 100 g (2/3 cup)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tsp
