Preparation
Chop the pumpkin and cook it in a pan with a little water. Leave it rather brothy and keep it aside in a pan.
Cook the spelt in salted water, drain it and add it in the pan with the pumpkin. Stir it, let it become tasty and add some artichokes.

- Spelt 320 gr
- Artichokes in oil 1 jar
- Pumpkin 300 gr
- Salt to taste
- Water, as much as need to cook the pumpkin
- Extra virgin olive oil 20 ml (4 tsp)
