In a pot, put the garlic and olive oil, and let them sauté lightly. Add the tomato pulp and let it cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
For the meatballs:
Soak the stale bread in wine or milk, then squeeze it and add it to the ground beef, along with the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
Mix everything thoroughly and shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a walnut.
Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce and let them cook for another 15 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti until they are al dente, and then toss them with the sauce and meatballs.
