Cook macaroni in salted boiling water, drain and put them aside pouring a drizzle of oil on. Put the flour and the oil in a pan, cook at a low heat for about 2 minutes mixing well. Add the oat milk and thicken them. Add the cream, a pinch of salt, pepper and the other flavorings. Use this sauce to season the macaroni. Pour them in a baking pan and cook in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.


  • Macaroni 320 gr
  • Extra virgin olive oil 15 milliliters (approximately 1 tbsp)
  • Béchamel sauce 1/2 liter (about 2 cups)
  • Oat cream 50 gr
  • Turmeric 5 gr
  • Mustard 5 gr
  • Sweet paprika a pinch
  • Salt to taste

For the béchamel sauce:

  • Extra virgin olive oil 25 grams (about 1.5 tbsp)
  • All-purpose flour 25 grams (about 2 tbsp)
  • Oat milk 300 milliliters (about 1.25 cups)
