Bioitalia dried tomatoes are traditionally salted and sun dried, then they are immersed in organic extra virgin olive oil, so they can be consumed at any time of the years.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Drain it “al dente” and sauté it on a medium heat with a few tablespoons of cooking water, the basil pesto sauce and the chopped dried tomatoes. Serve it with crumbs of toasted bread.
