Purple cabbage, apple, pomegranate and walnuts salad
Vinaigrette ingredients:Extra virgin olive oil 5 Tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Thyme to taste
Prepare the vinaigrette. Cut the cabbage in thin slices, wash, dry and place it in a bowl. Slice the apple thinly and season with the lemon juice. Add the apple slices, pomegranate seeds and the grounded walnuts to the cabbage. Mix them and season with the vinaigrette.
