Preparation
Prepare the vinaigrette. Cut the cabbage in thin slices, wash, dry and place it in a bowl. Slice the apple thinly and season with the lemon juice. Add the apple slices, pomegranate seeds and the grounded walnuts to the cabbage. Mix them and season with the vinaigrette.

- Grounded walnuts 2 handful
Vinaigrette ingredients:
- Extra virgin olive oil 5 Tbsp
- Pomegranate juice 2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Thyme to taste
